Claire started with Gallagher in 2010 as one of our Client Service Officers. Since then her role has expanded to include human resources and staff inductions. Through Gallagher’s staff enrichment program, Claire completed her Diploma in Management and together with her high level customer service skills and thorough dedication she has helped shaped what Gallagher is today.

I started with Gallagher in October 2010.
WHAT are your duties at Gallagher?
My Champion Role with Gallagher is Induction Officer. I am responsible for taking new staff through an induction process and also updating induction manuals and documents when there is a company or industry change.
Day to Day: I work in a team of 5 client service officers, assisting a team of 4 advisers. Whilst we manage a variety of tasks daily, primary duties include implementing new business (risk and investment) and providing outstanding customer service to a large portfolio of Gallagher clients.
WHAT have you done professionally that you are proud of?
Completing my Diploma in Administration Management whilst working full time.
WHAT are you passionate about outside of work?
I am passionate about starting my own family, renovating our house and pursuing massage therapy as a hobby business.
