Natalie started with Gallagher in 2013 having been an Accounts Personal Assistant and a Client Services Officer prior. Natalie has worked in customer service for over seven years in the UK and is the kind voice at the end of the phone. Natalie liaises with clients, supports our adviser team, handles changes to client policies and keeps our clients informed.

I started with Gallagher in August 2013
WHAT are your duties at Gallagher?
My day to day role is to assist the advisers with administrative tasks and implementation and to assist with client enquiries.
WHAT have you done professionally that you are proud of?
Professionally, I am most proud of a particular client situation we had. We had a client who came to us having had her super paid out and hadn’t authorised it. We looked into this for her and found that the fund had mistakenly paid her super out due to a mix up with names. We were able to sort this out for her with the company and she was very, very appreciative.
WHAT are you passionate about outside of work?
I love spending time with my husband and two beautiful daughters.
